At Photonaj, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products and services, we have established the following refund policy to ensure clarity and fairness.
1. Digital Products
All sales of digital products, including but not limited to eBooks, photography presets, tutorials, or downloadable content, are final. No refunds will be issued for digital products once the purchase is completed.
This policy is in place because digital products are instantly accessible and cannot be returned or revoked once delivered.
2. Workshops and Photography Services
For workshops or photography services offered by Photonaj:
a. Cancellations by You:
- Cancellations made more than 3 days before the scheduled date may be eligible for a partial refund (minus administrative fees).
- Cancellations made less than 3 days before the scheduled date are non-refundable.
b. Cancellations by Photonaj:
- If we cancel a workshop or service for any reason, you will receive a full refund of any amounts paid.
3. Subscription Services
If you subscribe to any recurring services (e.g., premium blog content or memberships):
- You may cancel your subscription at any time.
- No refunds will be provided for the remaining subscription period once payment has been processed.
4. Exchanges and Adjustments
If you experience technical issues with a digital product, please contact us at info@photonaj.com. We are happy to assist with troubleshooting or providing a replacement file if applicable.
